I have never been terribly comfortable around dogs, so it is surprising to hear myself say I love our jingle. It has been fun seeing the girl's take on the nurturing role to take care of her. Jingle helps me feel safe when Josh is gone, and she is very devoted to Liezl, Quincy, and Ava. This weekend when the girls were feeling sick, she would take turns sitting at each of their feet until they would start crying, then she would jump up to come and get me. There are defiantly times when I wonder if it is worth it. When we got her I thought we were getting a calm dog who did not shed. In reality, she was very under nourished. Now that she is healthy, she jumps to eye level constantly and leaves white hair all over. I just have to tell myself she helps the girls burn off energy and has given them more responsibility. They now get to vacuum and brush the dog's hair every morning.

and she is so cute! you know, we always had a dog while i was growing up. i always loved them. there is something about loving something that loves you unconditionally without complaining. i am glad you are getting used to her and loving her. that is so cute that she takes care of the girls.
sounds like fun, dog hair and all. It sounds like you have a great dog.
